Ingredients:
20ml CIMA banana puree
20ml CIMA coconut puree
½ pinch of salt /Himalayan salt/
20ml fresh lemon juice
200ml water/carbonated water/
Glass: CIMA jar / 400ml
How to make it:
1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour the ingredients into a shaker and top it up with ice.
3. Shake well for 5 sec. (If using carbonated water, add it at the end)
4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
Garnish: Dry/fresh tangerine, lemon.
