Ingredients:
30- 45ml CIMA elderberry and lemon puree
20ml water
70ml prosecco
70ml soda
How to make it:
1. Add fruit puree and water in shaker full with ice
2. Shake for 10 seconds
3. Strain in glass for wine 300 ml on 5-6 ice cubes
4. Add the carbonated ingredients
Garnish: Put a slice of dry orange in the glass
