CARIBIAN ICE TEA

Ingredients:

30- 45ml CIMA Mango puree
15 ml CIMA Forest fruit puree
2 splashes of Angostura bitter
250 ml Hibiscus tea

How to make it:

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour the ingredients into the shaker and top it up with ice.
3. Shake well for 10 sec.
4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
Garnish: 3 slices of ginger, star anise, lemon (fresh or dry) slice, clove
