Ingredients:
20ml CIMA syrup milky caramel
100ml milk
1 espresso
How to make it:
1. Pour the syrup at the bottom of the glass
2. Froth the milk to foam
3. Pour into latte glass /250ml/carefully with a spoon on top of the syrup
4. Make an espresso
5. Pour out from a low height carefully over the foam
6. Put a pinch of sugar on the top
7. Caramelize with a burner
