20 ml CIMA Green Apple puree
10 ml CIMA Caramel syrup
20 ml fresh lemon juice
Branch of fresh celery
100 ml black tea
How to make it:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender,
2. Top it up with one 300ml glass of ice.
3. Blend until a homogenous smooth mixture is reached.
4. Pour into a glass of 300 ml
Garnish: Dry or fresh lemon, ground nutmeg
