RED LEMONADE

Ingredients:

30- 45 ml CIMA Raspberry puree
10 ml fresh beetroot juice
20ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml fresh grapefruit juice
250ml water (still or carbonated)

How to make it:

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour the ingredients into the shaker and top it up with ice.
3. Shake well for 10 sec. (If using carbonated water, add it at the end)
4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
Garnish: 2-3 pink peppercorns, dry/fresh lemon slice. strawberries
