COCONUT LEMONADE

Ingredients:

30 – 45ml CIMA Coconut puree
½ pinch of salt /Himalayan salt/
15 ml CIMA Caramel puree
30ml fresh lemon juice
50ml fresh pineapple juice
200ml water (still or carbonated)

How to make it:

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour the ingredients into the shaker and top it up with ice.
3. Shake well for 10 sec. (If using carbonated water, add it at the end)
4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
Garnish: Lemon thyme, dry pineapple slice, dry lemon slice
