MINT LEMONADE

Ingredients:

30- 45 ml CIMA mint syrup
30 ml fresh lemon juice
2 splashes of bitter chocolate
2-3 peppercorns mix
250 ml water (still or carbonated)

How to make it:

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour the ingredients into the shaker and top it up with ice.
3. Shake well for 1 sec. (If using carbonated water, add it at the end)
4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
Garnish: 2-3 peppercorns mix thyme/chocolate/, dry lemon slice, dry orange slice
