Latte Gingerbread

Ingredients:

20ml CIMA gingerbread syrup
100ml milk
1 espresso

How to make it:

1. Pour the syrup at the bottom of the glass
2. Froth the milk to foam
3. Pour into latte glass /250ml/ with a spoon carefully on top of the syrup
4. Make an espresso
5. Pour out from a low height carefully over the foam.
6. Garnish with a small cookie
