White Sangria

Ingredients:

15ml CIMA elderberry and lemon puree
30ml CIMA mango puree
90ml white wine
100ml soda – topping up

How to make it:

1. Add all ingredients in shaker full with ice
2. Shake for 10 seconds
3. Strain in a 500ml jar on 10 ice cubes
4. Add soda

Garnish: Add fruits in the jar – peach, grapefruit, fresh mint
